Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 50 days. If 50 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Artworks that have been damaged or altered due to customer negligence after delivery cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made artworks
  • Artworks that have been customized framed with non-removable frames
  • Artworks that include installed batteries
  • Items returned due to a change of mind
  • Artworks that have been damaged during the return process

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account.

Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. However, please note that each artwork is a unique handcrafted piece, and therefore, we cannot provide an exact replica for exchange. If you would like to exchange your item for a similar piece within the same theme, please send us an email at [email protected]. We will provide you with the return address for your location.

Shipping Returns

You will receive the return address for your location to proceed with the product return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
